I had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental. The front desk staff were highly professional and surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade, which provided added comfort. Housekeeping was excellent, ensuring my room was immaculate every day. I enjoyed a fantastic Iftar meal with a wide variety of local and international dishes, thanks to the attentive staff, especially Haya. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, and the friendly team, including Haneef, made dining a good experience. the hotel offered a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.
Not one thing! 😊.

- Acceptable prices. - Room space. - Provide all personal equipment in the rooms & Free Internet. - I love this hotel in riyadh city.
- Air-conditioning system is very old, and the voice of the air a little bit high. - Asian receptionist (I think it's an Indian) did not meet my requests as requested. - Hotel under renovation works for now, which made me get out of the hotel after spending the first night. - Method of cooking and food preparation need to be improved.

During my recent business trip, I stayed for three nights at this stunning hotel. The staff, primarily Saudi nationals, showcased really good hospitality and genuine care for their guests. I enjoyed a generous room upgrade for my points reservation and appreciated the fantastic amenities, like the massive gym and a unique bowling alley. Dining at Al Bustan offered a amazing buffet experience, featuring both local and international cuisine.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the flowers and trees and the free internet.
Women are not allowed to use any of the facilities. The coffee shop has a poor selection of deserts. The decor is out of date and so is the furniture. Pictures in Mondo are not pleasing to view nor are the red tablecloths.
